How to register a new account?

  1. Click REGISTER.
  2. Please take note that the login information will be your email address. Our sites only accept one email address login.
  3. For security reasons, you will receive email verification and password automatically at your mail box once you register.
  4. At this time, you would need to login again to our sites with email address and password in order to access your personal information.
  5. You can change your new password at MY ACCOUNT.
  6. You can sign out by clicking LOG OUT (at the left top corner of every page).

Step 2: Place Your Order

  1. Once you have complete register as member, you can shop in Just a simply click on the SHOOPING (at the left top corner of every page).
  2. Order your product by clicking Add to Cart. View cart and see your cart list. You may remove an item by clicking (x) on each product.
  3. Proceed to checkout for checking your final billing and shipping information.
  4. Complete all information correctly to ensure successful transaction.

Step 3: Confirm Order

  1. Double check your order. Read and accept the terms & conditions.
  2. Click Place Order and you will be redirected to the online payment gateway to complete your payment transaction.
  3. You will receive an auto-notification email indicating that your order is complete.
  4. You can check your order status via MEMBER, My Account for your recent order.

How long to process an order?

  1. Goods normally take 14 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
  2. Orders received upon payment approval between Monday and Friday.
  3. There is no order process and shipment on public holidays; Saturday and Sunday.
  4. We will announce earlier shall there be a long holiday where all orders received will be processed only after the holidays.
  5. We do not accept any phone calls, fax or email orders. All orders must be placed online.

Step 4: Delivery

  1. Our standard shipping option is SKYNET and GDEX services.
  2. We offer free shipping for West Malaysia and that’s chargeable for East Malaysia (base on area). The chargeable shipping cost will appear once you make your confirmation of your payment.
  3. Please call our Online Support line at +603-9056 7333 or email us at to request a tracking number of your order with provide us the order number.
  4. Signature is required upon receiving your parcel.
  5. Once your order is being shipped, you will receive a Delivery Notification email with your order number from Intenseplus®. Please check your junk mail box as sometimes our email may end up there.
